Air Quality Policy Support Platform

The main objective is to accelerate the implementation of “Air Quality Plan for the Malopolska Region” and to improve air quality. 

VITO, as part of a larger consortium, deployed air quality modelling tools to support regional and local policies. A platform was set up based on results of monitoring and modelling air pollution, to manage air quality in Krakow. 

The platform is supporting decision-making in the City of Krakow in their long-term air quality strategy for transport.
